Mosier, as mortgagor(s), mortgaged to Converse County Bank, as mortgagee, the hereinafter described real property by that certain mortgage dated August 16, 2005 (the "Mortgage and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on August 17, 2005, at Reception No. 910997 in Book 594 at Page 700. The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows: Assignee: Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Draper and Kramer Mortgage Corp. Assignment dated: August 16, 2005 Assignment recorded: August 18, 2005 Assignment recording information: at Reception No. 911048 in Book 594 at Page 895 Assignee: Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. Assignment dated: October 12, 2009 Assignment recorded: October 16, 2009 Assignment recording information: at Reception No. 950075 in Book 734 at Page 100 All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, Wyoming; and WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and direction of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real property on March 2, 2010, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and WHEREAS, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. "Successful Bidder made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of $132,909.73, and the said real property was then and there sold to the Successful Bidder on March 2, 2010 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on March 2, 2010, at Reception No. 952361 in Book 743 at Page 221; WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, its successors and assigns by that certain Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated May 6, 2010 and recorded in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on L)u%U lop 2010, at Reception No. gS�S�a� in Book- 750 at Page 585 WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for doing so has now expired; NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, whose address is 5000 Plano Parkway, ShDeed Sheriffs Deed Mosier 10 -00329 Page 1 of 2 Carrollton, TX 75010, its successors and assigns, all right, title, and interest to the following described real property situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to -wit: My Gornmissioa.
