CONTRACT FOR DEED O?: 59 This Amendment to Real Estate Purchase Agreement/Contract for Deed trade December 12, 2006, by and between DAYTON RANCHES, INC., Seller, and John L. Brown and Carma L. Brown, husband and wife, Purchasers referencing a property desorption already made part of Amended Notice of Existing Real Estate Agreement dated August 3, 2007, referred to as scribner's errors. In the Real Estate Purchase Agreement/Contract for Deed, paragraph lb reads as follows: b. In the event that the Purchasers have not defaulted in their obligations under this Agreement, the Purchasers shall tender to the Seller the ^moi: ::t ;:f One hired Fift Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($151,100.00) en January 17, 2011. In the event that the Purchasers have not defaulted in their obligations under this Agreement, the Purchasers shall tender to the Seller the amount of One Hundred Fifty One Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($1.51 ,700.00) on January 17, 2012. Said payments shall consist of the remaining principal balance of One Hundred Nineteen Thousand Dollars ($119,000.00) and remaining unpaid interest balance of Thirty -Two Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($32,700.00).
