For good and valuable consideration, the undersigned, River Ranches Fishing and
Equestrian Estates Homeowners Association, hereby subordinates the Assessment Lien
contained in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions and the
Amended Declarations of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions of River Ranches
Fishing and Equestrian Estates at Freedom, Wyoming Second Filing recorded November
16, 1994 in Book 360PR on page 941; December 16, 1994 in Book 362PR on page 118;
November 9, 1995 in Book 376PR on Page 171; and April 9, 1998 in Book 410PR on
page 124 to the mortgage executed by Reed Jared Pebbles and Melinda Kay Pebbles in
favor of The Bank of Star Valley in the amount of S80 000 recorded 55 7O
in Book1SO PR on page 74 y of the records of Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming.
The undersigned, by execution of this subordination agreement, does not release the lien
existing by virtue .of its Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions of River
Ranches Fishing and Equestrian Estates at Freedom, Wyoming Second Filing, but only
subordinates to the extent described in said mortgage.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,Bob Choma President, for River Ranches Fishing and
Equestrian Estate Homeowners Association have executed this Subordination Agreement
this 18th day of July 2010.
