JULIE G. PERKES, GRANTORS, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other
valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby
CONVEY AND WARRANT to MAVERIK COUNTRY STORES, INC., a Wyoming
corporation, GRANTEE, and its successors and assigns, the following described real estate
situate in Lincoln County, Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue
of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:
Commencing at a point 115 1/2 feet East from the Southwest corner of Lot 3 in
Block 17 of the Afton Townsite, and running thence North 150 2/3 feet; thence East 49
1/2 feet; thence North 14 1/3 feet; thence East 22 feet; thence South 165 feet; thence
West 71 1/2 feet, to the place of beginning, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon or thereto
appertaining. Subject, however, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements,
and rights -of -way of record or in use.
