Michael J. Martin, also known as Michael Martin, and
Jennifer A. Martin, husband and wife, Grantor, of
Sweetwater County and State of Wyoming, Grantor for and in
consideration of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable
consideration in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, hereby CONVEY AND QUITCLAIM TO Michael J.
Martin and Jennifer A. Martin, Trustees, or their
successors in trust, under the Michael J. Martin and
Jennifer A. Martin Living Trust, dated June 1, 2010, and
any amendments thereto, whose mailing address is 233 Aspen
Way, Rock Springs, WY 82901, Grantee, of Sweetwater County
and State of Wyoming, all of Grantor's right, title and
interest in and to the following described real estate
situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, including,
without limitation, any and all right, title and interest
which Grantor may at any time hereafter acquire, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:
