of Sweetwater County and State of Wyoming, Grantor, for and
in consideration of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable
consideration in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT TO Michael J. Martin and
Jennifer A. Martin, Trustees, or their successors in trust,
under the Michael J. Martin and Jennifer A. Martin Living
Trust, dated June 1, 2010, and any amendments thereto, the
mailing address of which is 233 Aspen Way, Rock Springs, WY
82901, Grantee, the following described real estate situate
in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing
and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:
Lot One Hundred Five (105), of Star Valley Ranch
Plat 6, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as said Lot is
laid down and described on the official plat
thereof, filed of record in the Office of the
County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of
Lincoln County, Wyoming, together with all
appurtenances situate thereon and appertaining
thereto, subject, however, to all exceptions,
reservations, easements and restrictions of
record.
