consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, have remised, released, conveyed and quitclaimed and by these presents do for their
heirs, executors and administrators, remise, release and forever quitclaim unto LaVall E. Hirschi and Nita C.
Hirschi, trustees of the LAVALL E HIRSCHI FAMILY REVOCABLE TRUST, whose address is 89467
Hwy 89, Afton, WY 83110, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand, as they may
have or ought to have, in and to the following described premises to -wit:
BEING a description of the land included in the right of way of the Smoot -Salt Creek Highway, situate in Lincoln
County, Wyoming, and being more particularly described as follows:
A parcel of land having its boundaries identical with those of that portion of the Smoot -Salt Creek Highway, situated
in Lincoln County, Wyoming, that is situate within the boundaries of the North one -half of the South one -half of
Section 20, Township 28 North, Range 119 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, said boundaries being situate a
distance of 50.0 feet, or a fraction thereof, from the centerline of said highway, as shown by the plat of the United
States Department of Agriculture, Bureau of Public Roads, dated 1930, and on file in the office of the County Clerk of
said Lincoln County, said centerline and the public survey boundaries of said subdivision of said Section 20 forming a
closed traverse, as follows:
Beginning at a point South 0° 2' West 741.7 feet from the East Quarter Corner of said Section 20, said point being the
intersection of the East boundary line of said Section 20, and the centerline of said highway; thence Southwesterly
267.1 feet along an arc of a curve of 20° 00' to the right; thence North 49° 00' 720.0 feet to the point of contact of a
curve; thence Northwesterly 130.0 feet along an arc of a curve of 10° 00' to the left; thence North 62° 00' West 370.0
feet to the point of a contact of a curve; thence Westerly 180.0 feet along an arc of a curve of 20° 00' to the left;
thence South 82° 00' West 285.0 feet to the point of contact of a curve; thence Southwesterly 195.0 feet along an arc
of a curve of 16° 00' to the left; thence North 66° 48' West 50.0 feet to the point of contact of a curve; thence
Northwesterly 180.0 feet along an arc of a curve of 20° 00' to the right; thence South 72° 12' West 420.0 feet to the
point of contact of a curve; thence Southwesterly 220.0 feet along the arc of a 6° 00' curve to the left; thence South
64° 00' West 150.0 feet to the point of contact of a curve; thence Southwesterly 300.0 feet along an arc of an 8° 00'
curve; thence South 88° 00' West 327.0 feet to the point of contact of a curve; thence Southwesterly 241.3 feet along
an arc of an 8° 00' curve; thence South 68° 42' West 857.7 feet to the point of contact of a curve; thence Westerly
237.5 feet along an arc of an 8° 00' curve; thence South 87 °s 42' West 189.8 feet to the point of contact of a curve;
thence Southwesterly 190.0 feet along an arc of an 8° 00' curve; thence South 72° 30' West 319.0 feet to the
intersection of said centerline with the West boundary line of said Section 20; thence North 0° 1' East 746.4 feet along
said West boundary line to the West Quarter corner of said Section 20; thence North 89° 48' East 5296.2 feet to the
East Quarter corner of said Section 20, the place of beginning, the area of said highway in said subdivision of said
Section 20 being 9.96 acres, more or less.
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under the homestead laws of the State of Wyoming;
