Assignment dated: January S, 2010 Assignment recorded: January 15, 2010 Assignment recording information: at Reception No. 333 All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Lincoln County, Wyoming; and 951653 in Book 740 at Page Register of Deeds in and for WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and direction of CitiMortgage, Inc., acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real property on March 9, 2010, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and WHEREAS, CitiMortgage, Inc.
