KNOWN by all these presents, that we, Anthony E. Lymer and April Ann Lymer, have made,
constituted and appointed and by these presents do make and constitute and appoint David A.
Fagnant, our true and lawful attorney, for us and in our name, place and stead for our use and
benefit as follows:
Lot 3 of Block 55 in the Second Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County,
Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof
Giving and granting unto said attorney full power and attorney to do and perform all and every act
whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the above stated premises, as fully
to all intent and purposes as the signers might and could do if personally present, and hereby
ratifying and confirming that said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done in the above
stated premises by virtue of these presents. Upon the completion of the sale of the aforesaid
property, the powers hereby granted shall cease.
