Grantee shall attempt to initially install the pipeline under the river by using a boring
method. If reasonable efforts to bore fail, Grantee, after consulting with Grantor and advising
Grantor of the efforts taken and the necessity, may cut a trench across the Hainsfork River.
Whether boring or cutting a trench, Grantee shall assure the top of the pipe is a minimum depth
of six (6) feet below grade of the lowest point of any river or creek that the pipeline crosses.
