John H. Titensor and Debra C. Titensor, husband and wife, mortgagors, of PO
Box 1428, Mayne, WY 83127, to secure the payment of Twenty Four Thousand Seven
Hundred Thirty Seven and 37/100 Dollars ($24,737.37), do hereby mortgage to Jeffery
Moore and Angelia Moore, husband and wife, of 663 Sunset Drive, Kaysville, UT
84037, mortgagees, the following described real estate, situated in Lincoln County,
Wyoming, to -wit:
The Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and the West Half of the
Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter in Section 13, Township 34 North,
Range 119 West of the 6 P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, together with a one
half interest in an existing access road described as a plot 16 1 /2 feet North and
South dimensions, by 2,640 feet East and West dimensions, on the North edge
of the S1 /2NE1 /4 of said Section 13.
The mortgagors promise to pay the indebtedness hereby secured as agreed.
In case default shall by made in the payment of the above sum hereby secured, when
the same is due and payable, default will be cured as per a promissory note signed by
the mortgagors this date.
Hereby relinquishing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead laws of
said state.
