An agreement has been entered into between Lawrenco L. Brainard and
Sharon L. Brainard, husband and wife, of 330 S. Forest Drive, Casper,
Wyoming 82609, as Seller, and James W. Bane, a single man, as Buyer, whose
address is P.O. Box 8533, Jackson, Wyoming 83002, for the purchase of the
following described real estate, situate in the County of incoln, State of
Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under an by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit: 1
Star Valley Ranch, Lot 32, Plat Twenty-Two (22 , as
platted and recorded in the Official Record of
Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Including and together with all and singular' the
tenements, hereditaments, appurtenances and
improvements thereon or thereunto belonging, and
any rights of grantor to minerals thereunder,) but
subject to reservations and restrictions contained in
the United States Patent, taxes, assessments,
covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations,
encroachments, rights-of-way and easement of
sight and/or record.
Buyer shall be entitled to enter into possession of thej above-described
property on the date of closing.
Seller shall, upon payment in full of the purchase pride as provided in
said Agreement, cause a Warranty Deed conveying the above-described
property to be delivered to the Buyer.
