KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Gerald W. Hd ddlq ER
Jean Hoopes, of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, referred to as hus ~'I%ftdER duwife 01,
respectively, in consideration of the trust created herein and for the other covenants
contained herein convey and quitclaim unto Gerald W. Hoopes and Mae Jean Hoopes
and their successors, Trustees, for the uses and purposes set forth in the Gerald W.
Hoopes Revocable Trust between Grantor and Trustee, dated the 28th day of May, 1990,
Gerald W. Hoopes and Mae Jean Hoopes, beneficiaries, all such .right, title, interest,
property, possession, claim and demand as they have or ought to have, in or to all the
following described premises, in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to-wit:
(1) 5TH AVENUE HOUSE:
Beginning at a point which is Six (6) rods West of the Northeast
Corner of Lot One (1), Block Twenty-six (26) in the Townsite of
Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, and running thence West Five (5)
rods; thence South Twenty (20) rods; thence East Five (5) rods;
thence North Twenty (20) rods to the point of beginning.
(2) MADISON HOUSE:
Beginning at a point 104 feet South of the Northwest Corner of Lot
two (2), Block 23 of the Afton Townsite Survey, running thence
North 33 feet,.thence East 102 feet, thence South 33 feet, thence
West 102 feet to the point of beginning. And also beginning at a
point 104 feet South from the Northwest Corner of Lot Two (2) .
Block 23 of the. Afton Townsite Survey, and running thence South
61 feet, thence East 102 feet, thence North 61 feet, thence West
102 feet to the point of beginning.
(3) HOMESTEAD HARDWARD BUILDING:
Beginning at a point 132 feet South from the Northwest (NW)
Corner of Lot Two (2) in Block Twenty (20), Afton Townsite, Afton,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, and running thence North 53.5 feet;
thence East 148.5 feet; thence South 53.5 feet; thence West 148.5
feet to the point of beginning, together with improvements and
water rights appertaining thereunto.

AND ALSO: Beginning at a point 10 rods West and 128.2 feet South
of the Northeast corner of Lot Two (2) of Block Twenty of the
Townsite of Afton, Wyoming, and running thence East 82.5 feet;
thence North 47 feet; thence West 82.5 feet; thence South 47 feet
to the Point of Beginning.
THIS DEED IS MADE TO CORRECT THE LEGAL
DESCRIPTION OF THE ABOVE 5TH AVENUE HOUSE
IN THAT CERTAIN QUITCLAIM DEED DATED MAY 28,
1990, AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE
LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK ON JULY 25, 1990, IN BOOK
287 PR, PAGE 609, RECORDING NO. 720660.
