Hoopes and Mae Jean Hoopes and their successors, Trustees, for the uses and purposes set forth in the Gerald W. Hoopes Revocable Trust between Grantor and Trustee, dated the 28th day of May, 1990, Gerald W. (2) MADISON HOUSE: Beginning at a point 104 feet South of the Northwest Corner of Lot two (2), Block 23 of the Afton Townsite Survey, running thence North 33 feet,.thence East 102 feet, thence South 33 feet, thence West 102 feet to the point of beginning. And also beginning at a point 104 feet South from the Northwest Corner of Lot Two (2) . Block 23 of the. Afton Townsite Survey, and running thence South 61 feet, thence East 102 feet, thence North 61 feet, thence West 102 feet to the point of beginning. THIS DEED IS MADE TO CORRECT THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF THE ABOVE 5TH AVENUE HOUSE IN THAT CERTAIN QUITCLAIM DEED DATED MAY 28, 1990, AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK ON JULY 25, 1990, IN BOOK 287 PR, PAGE 609, RECORDING NO. 720660.
