consideration of other valuable consideration and ten dollars ($10) in hand paid, convey and
warrant to ROBERT R. JOHNSON, JR. and MARJORIE A. JOHNSON, Trustees, or their
successors in trust, under THE JOHNSON FAMILY TRUST, DATED SEPTEMBER 27, 1996,
for the benefit of ROBERT R. JOHNSON, JR. and MARJORIE A. JOHNSON and their heirs,
Grantee, whose address is PO Box 816, Thayne, WY 83127, the following described real estate:
The property described on the Warranty Deed recorded in Book 549 at Page 062 as
Receiving. No. 897522 on the 27th day of February, 2004 in the Lincoln County Clerk's
Office, Kemmerer, Wyoming a copy of which is attached hereto.
Situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and the said Grantors hereby
covenant with the said Grantee that Grantors are lawfully seized of said premises; that they are
free from encumbrances; and Grantors warrant the title thereto against the lawful claims of all
persons whomsoever, except: restrictions, reservations, easements, and encumbrances of record.
Hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of this state.
