KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Alan William Yusypchuk,
Lena Ann Yusypchuk, Olindo A. Marchi, Alma Gail Marchi, Robert E.
Blackstone and Linda M. Blackstone, as tenants in common, in consideration of
the sum of Ten ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations, the receipt whereof
is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released, conveyed and
quitclaimed and by these presents does remis, release and forever quitclaim to:
Alan William Yusypchuk and Lena Ann Yusypchuk
husband and wife as tenants by the entireties
as to an undivided one -third (1/3) interest

A parcel of land in Tracts 62 and 71, Section 12, T21N, R116W, 6th P.M. Lincoln
County, Wyoming described to -wit:
Commencing at the GLO Brass Cap closing corner where the East line of
Tract 61 intersects the South line of said Section 12; Thence S89 °46'11 "W
(S89 46'W) a distance of 2103.85 (2090.70) feet to an aluminum cap set
for the Southeast corner of the Wyoming State Highway Department
parcel; Thence No 59'06 "W (Ni 22'W) along the Easterly line of said
Wyoming State Highway Department parcel, a distance of 575.81 (5747)
feet to an aluminum cap set for the Northeast corner thereof being the
point of beginning for this parcel; Thence N83 °59'15" W along the
northerly line of said Wyoming State Highway Department parcel, a
distance of 550.25 (550.0) feet to an aluminum cap set for the Northwest
corner thereof, said corner being situate on the East R/W of U.S. 189;
Thence N27 °15'31 "E along said East R/W of U.S. 189, a distance of 457.03
feet to a R/W marker found at a R/W jog to the East; Thence
N62 45'45 "E along said East R/W line of U.S. 189, a distance of 74.87 feet
to a R/W marker found at the beginning of a R/W curve to the left, the
radius of which is 1582.40 feet and whose long chord bears N28 °31'42 "E,
a distance of 179.13 feet to an aluminum cap set; Thence S17 °31'14 "E, a
distance of 616.13 feet to the point of beginning, bounding 3.820 acres,
more or less.
