KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that John C. Stanhope and Bernice A.
Stanhope, Trustees of the Stanhope Family Trust, dated June 28, 1991, of P.O. Box 81, Smoot,
Wyoming 83126, Lincoln County, Wyoming, Grantors for and in consideration of Ten Dollars
($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIM to George L. Tedford, Jr. and Betty Jean
Tedford, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, Grantees, whose address is 2089 Allen
Road, Ogden, UT, 84401, the following described real estate, situated in Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
