ASSIGNMENT OF OIL AND GAS LEASE
OVERRIDING ROYALTY INTEREST
The Assignor is assigning its entire overriding royalty interest to the Assignees and is not
reserving to itself any such interest.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That A. M. CULVER TRUST dated 11/18/70 and
A. M. CULVER COMPANY a Colorado general partnership, hereinafter called Assignor, for
and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, does hereby assign, transfer, sell and convey, effective June 1, 2010 unto
ROSALYN CULVER TRUST DTD 9/10/2009 and the OIL GAS TRUST under A. M.
CULVER TRUST DTD 11/18/70 hereinafter called Assignees, each as to a 50% interest in and
to the Overriding royalty Interest created under Oil and Gas Leases dated 1st day of January
1964, executed by the United States of America, as Lessor with Lease Number WY 0280098,
subsequently assigned by Assignment of Overriding Royalty Interest, to the A.M. Culver Trust,
recorded January 3, 1994 in Lincoln County, Wyoming at Book 343PR, page 384 in so far as
said Lease covers the following described lands in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming
Township 20 North, Range 112 West, 6 P.M.
Section 30: Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, E2SE4, SE4NE4
together with all rights incident thereto, the personal property thereon, appurtenant thereto, or
used or obtained in connection therewith. For the same consideration, the Assignor covenants
with the Assignee, its heirs, successors, legal representatives or assigns that the Assignor is the
lawful owner of and has good title to the interest herein assigned in and to said Lease, estate,
rights and property, free and clear from all liens, encumbrances or adverse claims that said Lease
is a valid and subsisting Lease on the lands above described and that all rentals and royalties due
thereunder have been paid and all conditions necessary to keep said Lease in full force and effect
have been duly performed, and that the Assignor will defend same against all persons
whomsoever, lawfully claiming or to claim said interest.
