Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of February
09, 2005 and executed Dean Merrill Ball and Joanne Ball, Husband and Wife, a mortgage
conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of 140,000.00
which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of
