Ten Dollars ($10.00), and other good and valuable consideration, the following described tract of
land in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming:
WARRANTY DEED
Beginning at a point 90 rods East of the Northwest corner of Section 35, Township
32 North, Range 119 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, thence
running South 320 rods, thence West 90 rods, thence North 160 rods, thence East
33 -1/2 rods, thence North 144 rods, thence East 10 rods, thence North 16 rods thence
East 46 -2/3 rods to the point of beginning. Together with all water, water rights,
mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise
appertaining thereunto. Subject, however, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record or in use.
