KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Bernard William Rapp, Sr., and Judith Ann
Rapp, husband and wife, of Bedford, Lincoln County, Wyoming, in consideration of Ten and no /100
($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration the receipt of which is acknowledged, convey
and quitclaim unto Bernard William Rapp, Sr., and Judith Ann Rapp, Trustees of the Bernard W.
Judith A. Rapp Family Trust dated September 23, 2000, Bernard William Rapp, Sr., and Judith Ann
Rapp, beneficiaries, of 4393 South Turnerville Road, Bedford, WY 83112, all such right, title,
interest, property, possession, claim and demand as they have or ought to have, in or to all the
following described premises, in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to -wit:
That part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book
115 PR, on page 199, being part of the SW1 /4SW1/4 of Section 11 and
NW1 /4NW1/4 of Section 14, T33N, R118W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, described as
follows:
COMMENCING at the southwest corner of said Section 11 as described in the
Certified Land Corner Recordation Certificate of record in said Office; thence
N00 °05'E, the base bearing for this survey, 102.50 feet along the west line of said
Section 11 to a 3/8" x 12" steel spike; thence S89 °55'E, 40.00 feet perpendicular to
the west line of said Section 11 to the Point of Beginning; thence continuing
S89 °55'E, 290.40 feet to a point; thence S00 °05'W, 150.00 feet parallel with the
west line of said Section 11 crossing the south line of said Section 11 to a point,
thence N89 °55'W, 290.40 feet parallel to the north line of the tract to a point; thence
N00 °05'E, 150.00 feet parallel with the east line of the tract to the point of beginning,
together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in
anywise appertaining thereto.
TOGETHER WITH a non exclusive right of ingress and egress across the following
described access tract:
That part of the said SW1 /4SW1/4 of Section 11 and the NW1 /4NW1/4 of said
Section 14, T33N, R118W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, of record in the said Office in
Book 115 PR, page 199 and including part of those easements of record in said
Office in Book 178 PR, Pages 311, 312, and 316 described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of said Section 11 described above; thence
N00 °05'E, the base bearing for this survey, 102.50 feet along the west line of said
Section 11 to a 3/8" x 12" steel spike; thence S89 °55'E, 40.00 feet to the northwest
corner of the foregoing tract; thence S00 °05'W, 150.00 feet along the West line of

said tract to the southwest corner of said foregoing tract; thence N89 °55'W, 40.43
feet to an intersection with the west line of said Section 14; thence N00 °36'E, 47.50
feet along said west line of Section 14 to the Corner of Beginning.
SUBJECT TO any easements, reservations, restrictions or rights -of -way of record,
of sight, or in use.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws
of the State of Wyoming.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Bernard William Rapp, Sr., and Judith Ann Rapp, husband and
wife, have hereunto set their hands as of the 11th day of August, 2010.
