SHERIFF'S DEED
WHEREAS, Thomas Brown and Billee Jean Brown, husband and
wife, as mortgagor(s), mortgaged to First Interstate Bank, as mortgagee, the
hereinafter described real property by that certain mortgage dated June 23,
2006, (the "Mortgage and duly recorded in the records of the office of the
County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on June 29, 2006, in /as Receiving 919771, Book 624, Page 844;
and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of First Interstate Bank, acting under a power of sale contained in the
Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described
real property on January 26, 2010, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public
vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse, in the City of
Kemmerer, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, First Interstate Bank "Successful Bidder made the
highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of
$204,079.29, and the said real property was then and there sold to the
Successful Bidder on January 26, 2010 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale
was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale
was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio
Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on January 26,
2010, in /as Book 741, Page 70;
WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to The Secretary
of Housing and Urban Development, its successors and assigns by that certain
Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated July 15, 2010, and recorded in the
records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, on the 20th day of July 2010, in /as

WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and
SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to The Secretary of Housing
and Urban Development, c/o Michaelson, Connor Boul, 4400 Will Rogers
Parkway, Suite 300, Oklahoma City, OK 73108, its successors and assigns, all
right, title, and interest to the following described real property situate in Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, to -wit:
LOT 174, NORDIC RANCHES DIVISION NO. 12,
LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING, ACCORDING TO
THAT PLAT FILED AUGUST 15, 2001, AS PLAT NO.
194 -E,
with an address of:
1618 Saddle Drive, Etna, WY 83118
Together with all improvements thereon situate and
all fixtures and appurtenances thereto.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said described premises, together with
all improvements thereon erected and all fixtures and appurtenances thereunto
