HomeMy WebLinkAbout876992 -- -- u~--;'~ ',~L ~,,-,;~'~K~'~ KNOW ALL MEN BV THESE PRESENTS, That Adam 8ab~{i::p:~,l~ 091,p'?P~f~,~ of Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming, in consideration of the trust created herein and for the other covenants contained herein, conveys and quitclaims unto Adam 8abat and his successors, Trustee, for the uses and purposes set fodh in the Adam ~abat Trust between Grantor and Trustee, dated the 16th day of October, 2001, Adam 8abat, beneficiary, all such right, title, interest, prope~y, possession, claim and demand as he has or ought to have, in or t© all the following described premises, in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to-wit: SE¼NW¼ of Section 11, T34N, R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, together with all water and water rights, ditches and ditch rights, improvements and appurtenances thereon, EXCEPTING therefrom two (2) parcels of land more particularly described as follows, to-wit: (1) Beginning at the NE Corner of the SE¼NW¼ of Section 11, T34N, R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, and running thence South 49½ rods, thence West 20% rods, thence meandering Northwesterly to a point on the quarter section line, 29 rods West from the NE Corner of the SE¼NW¼ of said Section, thence East 29 rods, to the point of beginning, and containing 7.656 acres, more or less. (2) A portion of the SE1/4NWI/4.of Section 11', T34N, R119W, 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Center Quarter Corner of said Section 11, and running thence N89°59'24"W, along the South line of said SE1/4NW1/4, 155.68 feet; thence, leaving said South line and running N40°16'53"W 321.44 feet to a point on the West bank of the East Side Canal; thence N2°43'33"W 198.74 feet to an iron pipe near a fence corner; thence N9°00'45"E along said fence 58.24 feet; thence leaving said fence and running N89°02'00"E 357.12 feet to the East line of said SEI/4NWI/4 near a fence Corner; thence S0°49'52"E 495.26 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 3.56 acres of land, together with all water and ~.water rights, ditches and ditch rights, improvements and aPpurtenances thereon. ,IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Adam Sabat has hereunto set his hand the day and year first above written. 659 STATE OF WYOMING SS.
