FOR DEED, originated between Stateline Estates, LLC, the Seller, and Steven R.
McLaughlin, the Purchaser, covering Unit #501 of Building #500 of Stateline
Condominiums in Freedom, Wyoming. NOTICE OF THE CONTRACT FOR DEED
is recorded on Page 129 of Book 652, and the NOTICE OF ASSIGNMENT OF THE
CONTRACT FOR DEED to the Frome Trust is recorded on Page 34 of Book 692, all
in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln, County, Wyoming.
The Purchaser has given the Assignee an executed PURCHASER'S NOTICE OF
INTENT TO SURRENDER PROPERTY& TERMINATE CONTRACT FOR
DEED and also an executed QUITCLAIM DEED to the property. Purchaser has
vacated the premises and given Assignee peaceable possession therein.
THEREFORE:
The L.D. Frome Susan Frome Trust, the Assignee, hereby declares the CONTRACT
FOR D to-1 terminated as of the 19` day of August, 2010.
