Assignment dated: November 18, 2009 Assignment recorded: December 2, 2009 and Re- Recorded February 12, 2010 Assignment recording information: at Reception No. 950851 in Book 737 at Page 316 and Re- Recorded at at Reception No. 952152 in Book 742 at Page 445 All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, Wyoming; and WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and direction of BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P., acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real property on April 6, 2010, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and WHEREAS, BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. "Successful Bidder made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of $142,958.00, and the said real property was then and there sold to the Successful Bidder on April 6, 2010 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on April 6, 2010, at Reception No. 952796 in Book 745 at Page 114; WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to Federal National Mortgage Association, its successors and assigns by that certain Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated April 29, 2010 and recorded in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on na a3,..20/0 2010, at Reception No. 6. 155 051 Yn Book 75? at Page WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for doing so has now expired; NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, whose address is P.O.
