That he is the owner of the land described under the Certificate of Surveyor on the plat titled, "CRENSHAW ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF AFTON WITHIN THE NW1 /4SW1 /4 SECTION 1 T31N R119W LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING dated 20 July 2010, as revised and recorded concurrently herewith. 2. That he has reviewed said plat. 3. That he has read and understands the provisions of the Certificate of Owner thereon and the implications thereof. 4.
