More particularly described as:
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Joel Neuenschwander and Darin
Neuenschwander, their successors and assigns forever, of P.O. Box 1553, Afton, Wyoming 83110,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, Grantors for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other
good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS
AND QUITCLAIM to the Living Trust Agreement of Joel Neuenschwander, dated November
28, 1995, Joel Neuenschwander, Trustee, Grantee, whose address is P.O. Box 1553, Afton,
Wyoming 83110, the following described real estate, situated in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming,
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State, to -wit:
That the part of N /2NE' of Section 36, T32N R119W, 6"' P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County in Book 297 of Photostatic Records on page 109 and par of theat tract of
record in said Office in Book 644 in Photostatic Records on page 316, described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of the NE /4NE of said Section 36;
Thence N89 1T -06 "E, 92.94 feet, along the north line of said NEl/4NE /4, to a spike;
Thence S00 13' -35 "E, 230.29 feet, along a line parallel with the west of said
NE /4NE to a point on the north line of lot 204 of the Haven of Hope addition to
the Town of Afton of record in said Office with Accession No. 932561;
Thence N88 36' -46 "W, 92.98 feet, along said north line, to the northwest point of
said Lot 204;
Thence continuing N88 36' -46 "W, 9.21 feet to a point;
Thence N00 °13' -35 "W, 226.40 feet, along a line parallel with said west line, to a
spike on the north line of said NE /4NE
Thence N89 13' -20 "E, 9.21 feet, to the CORNER OF BEGINNING:
TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: All Easements, Exceptions, Restrictions,
Reservations, Rights, Rights -of -Way, and Improvements of sight and or record;
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws
of the State of Wyoming.
With respect to W.S. 34 -2 -122, as amended, Grantors hereby state, represent and warrant
that the said Trust was established by written instrument executed the 28`" day of November, 1995,
that said Trust has never been revoked, and that said instrument transfers upon said Trustee, all
powers set forth in the Uniform Trustees' Powers Act of the Wyoming Statutes.
