SATISFACTION OF JUDGMENT
WHEREAS, a judgment rendered on the 14t~' day of February, 2001 and filed March
26, 2001 was recovered by' the Plaintiff against the Defendant in the action herein for the
sum of $151,802.22 together with interest at the rate of 18% per annum and after accruing
costs amounting to $176.68, plus attorney's fees in the amount of $561.00, totaling
$156,582.41. Said judgment has been wholly paid or fully settled and it is certified that
there are no outstanding executions in this matter. Therefore, satisfaction of said judgment
is hereby acknowledged, and the Clerk of this Court is hereby authorized and directed to
cancel, satisfy and discharge the same.
