WARRANTY DEED
GW Investment Group, a Wyoming limited liability company, Grantor, whose
address is PO Box 3845, Alpine, Wyoming 83128, for and in consideration of other
valuable consideration and ten dollars ($10) in hand paid, convey and warrant the real
estate described on the attached Exhibit A, to the following individuals as follows:
1. Stephen Gieck, a married man as his sole and separate property, Grantee, whose
address is PO Box 2829, Jackson, Wyoming 83001, an undivided two thirds (2/3)
tenancy -in- common interest; and
2. David Gieck, a married man as his sole and separate property, Grantee, whose
address is PO Box 3845, Alpine, Wyoming 83128, an undivided one -third (1/3)
tenancy -in- common interest.
Situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and the said Grantor hereby
covenants with the said Grantees that Grantor is lawfully seized of said real estate; that it
is free from encumbrances; and Grantor warrants the title thereto against the lawful
claims of all persons whomsoever, except: restrictions, reservations, easements, and
encumbrances of record.
Hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of this state.
