Know all persons by these present that Ronald J. Wilson, of 808 Loch Ness Drive, Waterford,
California, 95386 (the "Grantor for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other
good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does Convey and
Warrant to Donald J. Wilson and Shay J. Wilson, Trustees of the Wilson Family Trust,
U /A/D April 11, 2002 and any amendments thereto, of 808 Loch Ness Drive, Waterford,
California, 95386 (the "Grantee all of Grantor's interests in and to the following described real
estate with is located in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and is more particularly
described as follows:

Furthermore, Grantor hereby waives and releases any and all rights that may have in the
aforementioned real property by virtue of, or arising under, the homestead laws of the State of
Wyoming.

TOGETHER WITH all buildings, improvements, and fixtures situate on the
above described property and all fences, gates, corrals, windmills, pumps,
water and irrigation systems, weirs, cattle guards, stock tanks, stock watering
systems, water lines, fence panels, panel gates, chutes, and all water and
water rights, ditches and ditch rights, reservoirs and reservoir rights
appurtenant to, used on, or located on the above described property and
together with all easements and appurtenances belonging thereto:
SUBJECT TO all easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions, if any,
of record; and,
FURTHER SUBJECT TO discrepancies, conflicts in boundary lines, shortage
in area, encroachments, and any facts which a correct survey and inspection
of the premises would disclose and which are not shown in the public
records;
EXCEPTING AND RESERVING to the Grantors, their successors and
assigns, all oil, gas, coal, and other minerals, but not including sand, gravel,
or aggregate in or on the above described lands, presently owned by
Grantors together with the right to enter upon said lands and explore for and
remove said oil, gas, coal and other minerals provided the owner of the
surface is reasonably compensated for damage done thereto.
