East 441.97 feet; thence North 00 °00'55" East 132.00 feet to the point of beginning.
NOTE: This serves to correct the legal description m Warranty Deed recorded June 13, 2001 in Book
466PR on page 424 of the Lincoln County public records.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
