The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows: Assignee: Arch Bay Holdings, LLC Series 2009C Assignment dated: February 19, 2010 Assignment recorded: March 3, 2010 Assignment recording information: at Reception No. 952378 in Book 743 at Page 254 All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, Wyoming; and WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and direction of Arch Bay Holdings, LLC Series 2009C, acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real property on April 20, 2010, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and WHEREAS, Arch Bay Holdings, LLC Series 2009C "Successful Bidder made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of $161,250.00, and the said real property was then and there sold to the Successful Bidder on April 20, 2010 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on April 20, 2010, at Reception No. 953008 in Book 745 at Page 698; WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter described real property under the laws of the State of Wyorning, and the time for doing so has now expired; NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said Arch Bay Holdings, LLC Series 2009C, 1925 W Pinnacle Peak Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85027, its successors and assigns, all right, title, and interest to the fo lowing described real property situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to -wit Lot 98 of Prater Canyon Estates Unit 4, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof ShDeed with an address of 165 Piute Drive, Thayne, WY 83127 Together with all improvements thereon situ all fixtures and appurtenances thereto. ate and Sheriffs Deed Daley 09 -28823 Page 1 of 2 TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said described premises, together with all improvements thereon erected and all fixtures and appurtenances thereunto belonging, to Arch Bay Holdings, LLC Series 2009C, its successors and assigns forever.
