The Mortgage was foreclosed by virtue of a power to foreclose by advertisement and sale contained in the Mortgage. The property described below was sold at public sale, pursuant to the Power of Sale, at the front entry of the Lincoln County Courthouse, Jackson, Wyoming, on April 27, 2010 at 10 A.M. The property subject to the Mortgage was purchased by the Bank of Jackson Hole. A Certificate of Purchase dated April 27, 2010, was issued by the Lincoln County Sheriff, which was recorded on April 30, 2010 in Book 746 of Photo at Page 396 in the Office of the County Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming. The mortgaged property was not redeemed as provided by law. Now, therefore, know all men by this deed, that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, hereby convey to the Bank of Jackson Hole, whose mailing address is P.O.
