Brent A. Westover and Jennifer R. Westover, Husband and Wife
Grantee(s) of Kemmerer, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming for the sum of TEN
DOLLARS AND OTHER GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the
following described tract of land in Lincoln County, State of WY, hereby releasing and
waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming, to wit:
Lot 10 and Part of Lot 11 of Block 54 of the Second Addition to the Town of Kemmerer,
Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof. That Part of Lot 11
being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeasterly corner of Lot 10 of said Block 54, said point also being
the Southwesterly corner of Lot 11 of said Block 54;
thence N26 °34'W along the lot line between said lots 11 and 10 of said Block 54, 140.00
feet;
thence N63 °26'E, 1.05 feet;
thence S26 °34'E, 140.00 feet;
thence S63 °26'W, 105 feet to the point of beginning.
Subject to easements, declarations of covenants and restrictions, rights of way of record,
and taxes for the current year and thereafter.
