WARRANTY DEED
DOUG MIKA, grantor, for and in consideration of Ten and NO /100 ($10.00) Dollars and
other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO ROBERT MARK KELLER and JULIE GRACE KELLER,
husband and wife, as tenants of an estate by the entireties with full rights of survivorship and not as
tenants in common, grantees, whose address is 295 17 Street, Evanston, WY 82930, the following
described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving
all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
Lot Ninety (90), Unit C -2 of the Commissary Ranch Subdivision, Lincoln County,
Wyoming as the same appears on the official map or plat thereof as filed for record
in the office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds for Lincoln
County, Wyoming;
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereunto appertaining.
SUBJECT TO reservations and restrictions contained in the United States patents, to
easements and rights -of -way of record or in use, to prior mineral reservations of
record and to all other matters of public record.
