RECITALS r5O 2$2 1. David C. Hopkins and Amber W. Hopkins executed the following mortgages as mortgagor to 1ST Bank, a Wyoming State Banking Corporation, as mortgagee: a. Mortgage dated November 26, 2007, and recorded In the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on December 3, 2007, in Book 680, page 206, Recording Number 935318, b. Mortgage dated June 5, 2009, and recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on June 11, 2009, in Book 725, page 92, Recording Number 947686. 2. Pursuant to publication of Notice of Foreclosure Sale, the tract of Iand which was the subject of the Mortgages was sold at public auction at Kemmerer, Wyoming, on October 13, 2009, at 10:00 a.m., pursuant to W,S, 34 -4-101 et seq. 3, Pursuant to said sale at public auction, a Certificate of Purchase was issued to the purchaser, the grantee herein, and no assignment of that certificate has been made since that time. The Certificate of Purchase was recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on October 13, 2009, In Book 733, Page 721.
