SHERIFF'S DEED
This deed made between Shane Johnson, Sheriff of the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, grantor herein, and 1ST Bank, a Wyoming State Banking Corporation, grantee herein, of
PO Box 6003, Evanston, WY 82931.
RECITALS

1. David C. Hopkins and Amber W. Hopkins executed the following mortgages as
mortgagor to 1ST Bank, a Wyoming State Banking Corporation, as mortgagee:
a. Mortgage dated November 26, 2007, and recorded In the office of the Lincoln
County Clerk on December 3, 2007, in Book 680, page 206, Recording
Number 935318,
b. Mortgage dated June 5, 2009, and recorded in the office of the Lincoln
County Clerk on June 11, 2009, in Book 725, page 92, Recording Number
947686.
2. Pursuant to publication of Notice of Foreclosure Sale, the tract of Iand which was the
subject of the Mortgages was sold at public auction at Kemmerer, Wyoming, on October 13, 2009,
at 10:00 a.m., pursuant to W,S, 34 -4-101 et seq.
3, Pursuant to said sale at public auction, a Certificate of Purchase was issued to the
purchaser, the grantee herein, and no assignment of that certificate has been made since that time.
The Certificate of Purchase was recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on October 13,
2009, In Book 733, Page 721.
NOW, THEREFORE, know all men by this deed, that 1, Shane Johnson, Sheriff of the
County of Lincoln, In consideration of the premises, have granted and sold and do hereby convey
to grantee, and its successors and assigns, the following tract of land located in Lincoln County,
Wyoming, to wit:

A portion of land located In Lot 4 of Section 3, T32N, R119W of the 6th P.M,, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the North line of said Section 3, said point being 101.55 feet
South 89 °58'46 "East, from the Northwest corner of said Section 3;
thence running South89 °58'46 "East, along said North line, 354.90 feet to the
Northeast corner of said parcel;
thence South 0 °09'19 "East, along the East Tine of said parcel 387.18 feet;
thence West 313.95 feet;
thence North 165.58 feet;
thence West 42,00 feet;
thence North 221.73 feet to the point of beginning.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the described premises with all appurtenances to the said
grantee and its successors and assigns, forever.
