On the 3r day of August, 2010, Steve D. Neibaur filed a petition to have nonresident property
in Wyoming disposed of pursuant to §2 -11 -202 W.S.
In conjunction with the petition described above, filed with the Court are certified copies of
pleadings from the District Court of the Fifth Judicial District, State of Idaho, County of Minidoka,
Magistrate Division. Those documents indicated among other facts and conclusion that Steve D.
Neibaur was appointed Personal Representative of the above estate in Idaho.
This Court specifically finds that Steve D. Neibaur, filed in this matter, a petition under oath
showing the facts in this case together with certified copies of the petition, order of appointment,
notice to creditors showing that the time for filing claims has expired in Idaho, and an inventory of
the Wyoming estate.
This Court further finds the petitioner has filed an agreement of the heirs which, together
with the other pleadings, is the equivalent of a certified copy of an order authorizing the sale or other
disposition of the Wyoming property. Notice by publication for three (3) weeks of the intention of
Steve D. Neibaur to have the property located in the State of Wyoming disposed of by a Court
Officer's Deed have been provided and are part of the record in this matter. It is further found that
ten (10) days prior to the hearing on the petition no objection was made to such petition of
disposition of real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED as
follows:
1. Certified copies of the proceedings of the estate in Idaho and the agreement of the
heirs authorizing the transfer of the Wyoming property to Steve D. Neibaur are
hereby admitted to record in this Court and they shall be considered and treated from
this time as original proceedings in this Court and shall be conclusive evidence of the
facts therein shown.
2. Steve D. Neibaur is hereby specifically authorized to issue a Court Officer's Deed
transferring the real property in the estate in Wyoming, which is described as follows,
to Steve D. Neibaur:
Two parcels of land located in Section 21, T36N, R1 19W of the 6 t'' P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming being more particularly described as follows:

A parcel of land situated in the NW' /4SE' /4, Lots 2 and 3 of Section 21 described as
follows:
