particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the Northeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 30
and running thence Westerly 375 feet, more or less, along the North boundary of the said Southeast Quarter of
the Southeast Quarter of Section 30, to the boundary of property conveyed to Glayd W. Chadwick in Book 312PR
on page 281 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk;
thence Northwesterly along the boundary line of the Glayd W. Chadwick property as describe
in the Deed recorded in Book 312PR on page 281 of the records of the Lincoln County
Clerk to the boundary of the Frank Brog property as described in the Deed recorded in
Book 80PR on page 497 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk;
thence Easterly a distance of 140 feet, more or less, along the South boundary of the Frank
Brog property as described in the Deed recorded in Book 80PR on page 497 of the records
of the Lincoln County Clerk to the boundary of the Swift Creek, as described on the
recorded plat of the Swift Creek Canyon Subdivision on file in the office of the Lincoln
County Clerk;
thence Southeasterly along the Swift Creek as described on the said recorded plat of the Swift
Creek Canyon Subdivision to a point on the East Section line of said Section 30, said point
being 200 feet north, more or less, of the said Northeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of
the Southeast Quarter of said Section 30;
thence South, along the East Section line of said Section 30 to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
