Living Trust Agreement of Calvin Warren and Corrine Warren dated July 31, 1998, as
amended, Grantors, of Lincoln County, Wyoming, for and in consideration of other
valuable consideration and ten dollars ($10) in hand paid, convey and warrant to Jody
Warren and Kamie Warren, husband and wife as tenants by the entirety, Grantees, whose
address is 4331 West 1400 North, Plain City, Utah 84404, the following described real
estate:
That property described on the attached Warranty Deed recorded on
October 10, 2005 as Receiving No. 912611, in Book 600, at Page 605 in
the Lincoln County Clerk's Office, Kemmerer, Wyoming.
Situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and the said Grantor hereby
covenants with the said Grantees that Grantor is lawfully seized of said real estate; that it
is free from encumbrances; and Grantor warrants the title thereto against the lawful
claims of all persons whomsoever, except: restrictions, reservations, easements, and
encumbrances of record. Hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by
virtue of the homestead w laws of this state.

County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS
($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to THE JOINT LIVING TRUST
AGREEMENT OF CALVIN WARREN and CORRINE WARREN, Dated July 31, 1998,
CALVIN WARREN and CORRINE WARREN, Trustees, grantees of County of Lincoln,
State of Wyoming, the following described real estate situated in County of Lincoln and
State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances
thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject, however, to all
reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights -of -way of record or in use.
