entireties, Grantors, whose address is 222 Verbeck Avenue, Schaghticoke, New
York 12154, for and in consideration of ten dollars ($10) in hand paid and other
valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby conveys
and warrants to Warren W. Fane, Jr. and Rowanne D. Fane, husband and wife as
tenants by the entireties, Grantees, whose address is Box 440, Route 40, Troy,
New York 12182, the following described real estate:
Situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming. Said Grantors hereby
covenant with Grantees that Grantors are lawfully seized of said premises; that
they are free from encumbrances; and Grantors warrant the title thereto against the
lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, except: restrictions, reservations,
easements, and encumbrances of record.
Hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of this state.

thence N89 32' -41 "W, 1314.99 feet, along the south line of said NE1/4NE1/4, to the
southwest comer thereof;
thence N00 07' -24 "W, 250.92 feet, along the west line of said NE'/.NE%, to a point;
thence S89 32' -41 "E, 1315.17 feet, to a spike on the east line of said NE' /<NE'/<;
