THAT WHEREAS, Ireland Bank, Mortgagee named in, or duly substituted under that certain mortgage recorded June 21, 2007, in
Book 663, at Page 86, as Entry No. 930587, of the official records of the county recorder ofLincohl County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, there has been granted to KENNETH R. PETERSEN and ANDRA B. PETERSEN, Husband and Wife, their successors
and/or Assigns and USDA -NRCS across the premises described in said mortgage, an easement for: INGRESS AND EGRESS FOR
AGRICULTURAL USE AND USDA -NRCS AGRICULTURAL AND PROGRAM PURPOSES.
FOR DESCRIPTION OF EASEMENT SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF
NOW, THEREFORE, at the request of the Mortgagee under said mortgage, the undersigned, as Mortgagee, hereby consents to the
execution of the grant of said easement and Trees that any sales made under the provisions of said mortgage shall be subject thereto.

BEGINNING at an intersection with the west line of said Section 30, N00 °30'52 "E, 4201.20
feet, from the southwest corner of said Section 30;

thence easterly, 260.62 feet, along the arc of said curve, through a central angle of 30 °42'37"
