DOES HEREBY CERTIFY, that a certain Mortgage bearing the date of the 20th
day of April, 2009 made, executed and delivered by WJW Holdings WY, LLC; A North
Dakota Limited Liability Company, whose address is 4650 38 Avenue South, Fargo,
ND 58104, Mortgagor, to Cornerstone Bank, a Mortgage covering and describing:
Lot 92 of Alpine Village Subdivision No. 1, Plat 2, Amended, 10 Filing Amended,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, according to that Plat recorded in the Office of the County
Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
and which said Mortgage was duly filed for record in the office of the Lincoln County
Recorder and for the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming on the 15th day of May, 2009
and said Mortgage being recorded as Document 947185 and further modified on July
22, 2010 as Document #954893.
FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION OF TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other
good and valuable consideration the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, Cornerstone Bank does hereby certify that real estate described therein is
fully released from said Mortgage.
The Corporation executing this instrument is the present holder of the above
described Mortgage.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this instrument was executed, signed and delivered by
the undersigned.
