Goulding, as attorney for Trail Ridge Property Owners Association, of Afton, County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, does hereby certify that a certain Lien Statement Pursuant to General Continuing Lien bearing the date of March 23, 2010, made and executed by Gerald L. Goulding, as attorney for Trail Ridge Property Owners Association, claiming a lien against certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $7,600.00 plus assessments accrued in addition to that amount, as therein stated, which lien statement was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 25th day of March, 2010, in Book 744, Page 358, Recording Number 952658, and concerning the following described real estate in said County, to -wit: Lot 35 of the Trail Ridge Subdivision according to Plat No. 225 -F thereof on file in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk. is fully paid, satisfied, and discharged; and in consideration thereof the lien claimed pursuant to said Lien Statement is hereby released.
