This Deed, made this io day of September,2010, between Secretary of Housing and Urban
Development of Washington, D.C., 20414 party ofthe first part and
Myrl W Thurston and Orvetta W. Thurston, Husband and Wife,
Party(ies) of the second part, whose address is: 2371 W. 12310 S., Riverton, UT 64065
Witnesseth: That the said party of the first party, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars
($10.00) and Other Goods and Valuable Considerations to the said party of the first part
acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents does grant,
bargain, sell convey and confirm unto the said party(ies) of th:e second party, his /her heirs and
assigns, forever, the following described real property
Situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming to wit:
Part of Lot 1 of Block 22 to the Town of Afton, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the Southeast of
Lot 1 and running thence North 110 feet; thence West 10 rods; thence South 110 feet; thence East
10 rods to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Being the same property acquired by the party ofthe first part pursuant to the provisions of the
National Housing Act, as amended (12 U.S.C. 1701) and the Department of Housing and Urban
Development Act (42 U.S.C. 3531).
Together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in an
wise appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and
profits thereof, and all the estate, right, title, interest, claim, and demand whatsoever of the said
party of the first part, either in law or equity of, in and to the above bargained premises, with the
hereditaments and appurtenances; To have and To Hold the said premises above bargained and
described with appurtenances, unto Myrl W. Thurston and Orvettab W. Thurston the said party(ies)
of the second part his /her heirs and assigns forever.
Subject to all covenants, restrictions, reservations, easements, conditions, and right appearing of
record; and subject to any state of facts an accurate survey would show.
And the said party of the first part, for himself and his successors, covenants and agrees to and with
the said party(ies) of the second part, his /her heirs and assigns, against all and every person or
person lawfully clairning or to claim the whole or any part thereof, by, through or under the said
party of the first part to Warrant and forever defend.
In Witness Whereof, the undersigned, being specifically named pursuant to the delegation of
authority published at 70 F.R.43, 171 (July 26, 2005) as an authorized agent, has set his /her hand
seal as a principal and/or officer of Michaelson, Connor Boul Denver Regional Office,
Development, for an on behalf of the Secretary of H sing and Urban Development.
