owner, of 178 Marie Lane, Alpine, Wyoming, 83128, hereinafter referred to as "Grantor," for
and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, does here Convey and Warrant to Robert A. Mechikoff,
Trustee of the Robert A. Mechikoff Revocable Trust, dated August 19, 2010, of 178 Marie
Lane, Alpine, Wyoming, 83128, hereinafter referred to as "Grantee," all of Grantor's interests in
and to the following described real estate which is located in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing an waiving all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead
Exemption Laws of the State, and is more particularly described as follows:
Lot 13 of Trail Creek Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming, according to that plat filed
April 3, 2002 in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk as Plat No. 196F.
Including and together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments, appurtenances
and improvements thereon or thereunto belonging, but subject to taxes, reservations,
covenants, conditions, restrictions, rights -of -way, and easements of sight and /or record, if
any.
