record in said Office in Book 558 of Photostatic Records on page 408, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the easterly right -of -way line of Kibbie Parkway, N40 49' -05 "W, 1282.72 feet, from the
southeast corner of said Section 9, at the beginning of a non tangent circular curve to the right, whose radius bears
N84 00' -04 "W;
thence northeasterly, 63.62 feet, along the arc of said curve and along said right -of -way line, through a central angle of
4 30' -00 with a radius of 810.00 feet, and a chord bearing NO3 44' -56 "E, 63.60 feet;
thence N01 29' -56 "E, 195.00 feet, along said right -of -way line, to a point;
thence S88 30'04 "E, 452.26 feet, to a position on the thread of the Salt River;
thence S27 38' -12 "W, 315.68 feet, along said thread, to a position;
thence N84 00' -05 "W, 316.67 feet, to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
the BASE BEARING for this survey is the east line of the SE1 /4 of Section 9, T36N R119W, being S00 04' -42 "W;
