That Roy Corsi, has made, constituted and appointed, and by these presents does make,
constitute and appoint Don M. Corsi true and lawful attorney for him and in his name, place and
stead to sell and convey realty and to execute, acknowledge releases, satisfactions and other
instruments relating to real property, and I hereby give my said attorney full power to do
everything whatsoever, requisite and necessary to be done in said transaction pertaining to the
following described property:
NW1/4SW1/4 Section 26, T36N, R119W, 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming, excepting therefrom the following parcels of land
described in Warranty Deed recorded October 8, 1927, Book 17
Deeds, Page 153, Warranty Deed recorded May 4, 1955, Book 10
P.R., Page 192, and Warranty Deed recorded July 8, 1958, Book 28
P.R., Page 427.
giving and granting unto said attorney, full power and authority to do and perform all and every
act and thing whatsoever, requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises as fully to
all intents and purposes, as he might or could do if personally present with full power and
substitution and revocation, hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney or my
substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
