A Count Clerk was recorded a

to Glenn W. Heiner and Maxine Heiner as Trustees of the Glenn W. Heiner Family
Revocable Trust conveying the following described land:

3. Glenn W. Heiner died on August 4, 1996 . Pursuant to W.S. 34-2-
123 (1977) and according to the terms of the Trust, Maxine Heiner of 1277 Lost Creek
Road, Thayne, WY 83127 is successor trustee. Affiant is lawfully serving in capacity of
successor trustee.
