WARRANTY DEED
JEFFREY A. TENNYSON and ELIZABETH JO TENNYSON, husband
and wife, GRANTORS, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and
other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to DAVID A. STRICKLAND AND
ALISON E. STRICKLAND, husband and wife, as TENANTS BY THE ENTIRETY
of 8754 Sand Point Way, Northeast; Seattle, Washington 98115, GRANTEES, the
following-described property situated in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
LOT NO. 231, Lakeview Estates, a subdivision situated in the south half of
the Southeast quarter of Section 29, Township 37 North, Range 118 West
of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming.
SUBJECT TO: Restrictions, easements and reservations of record.
