HEREBY TAKE NOTICE that under a Contract for Deed dated the day of May,
2001, between NANCY N. PUSTIS, a single person, as SELLER, and JAMES SITZ and AMY
SITZ, husband and wife, as PURCHASER, the Seller did agree to sell and the Purchaser did agree
to purchase a certain tract of real property located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, described as
follows:
Lot 2 of Block 5 of the Lincoln Heights 5t" Addition, First Filing, to the City of
Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the Official Plat thereof.
Also known as 1783 Del Rio Drive, Kemmerer, Wyoming 83101.
Purchaser's address for tax purposes is 1783 Del Rio Drive, Kemmerer, WY 83101. There
are many other covenants in the original Contract for Deed. Each party has a copy of said Contract.
