The Master Form Mortgage includes other defined words and rules regarding the usage of words used in this document. (A) "Security Instrument" means this document, which is dated AUGUST 23, 2010, together with all Riders to this document. (B) "Borrower" is DAVID LOWE SHRADER AND SUSAN NEIDNER SHRADER, HUSBAND AND WIFE WHO ACQUIRED TITLE AS DAVID LOWE SHRADER AND SUSAN NEIDER SHRADER, HUSBAND AND WIFE AS JOINT TENANTS WITH RIGHT OF SURVIVORSHIP.
